Zum Thema Mayonnaise fällt mir spontan immer Nudelsalat ein.
Zutaten:
- 2 – 3 T gekochte Hörnchennudeln
- 2 hartgekochte Eier
- 3/4 T gewürfelte Schinkenwurst oder Frühstücksfleisch
- einige Essiggurken
- 4 EL Mayonnaise
Zubereitung:
Eier hartkochen und dann in Würfel schneiden. Nudel kochen und nebenher Schinkenwurst und Essiggurken in Würfel schneiden.
Alle Zutaten gut mischen und ziehen lassen. Fertig!
