Zutaten:

• 1 Zwiebel
• 30g Margarine
• 1 Dose Tomaten
• 1 Teelöffel Zucker
• Salz, Pfeffer, Paprika, Knoblauch

Zubereitung:

1. Die Zwiebel häuten, halbieren und sehr fein schneiden.
2. Die Tomatendose öffnen. Die Tomaten mit dem großen Messer in der Dose zerkleinern.
3. Die Margarine im Kochtopf schmelzen. Die Zwiebel zugeben und nur hellgelb glasig dünsten. Sobald an einem Zwiebelstückchen die Farbe braun zu sehen ist:
4. Die zerkleinerten Tomaten in den Topf geben.
5. Deckel drauf und aufkochen lassen. Die Soße soll nun mindestens 10 Minuten köcheln. Je länger desto besser.
