Für eine fünftägige Wanderung genügt ein 60-l-Rucksack, wenn man zu zweit unterwegs ist und Zelt- und Küchenausrüstung teilt.
Im Rucksack ist Platz für:
- Schlafsack
- Isomatte
- Zelt für zwei Personen
- Regenschutz für den Rücksack
- Kocher, Töpfe sowie Brennstoff und Streichhölzer/Anzünder und Spüllappen
- Tiefer Teller, Trinkbecher und Besteck
- Wasserflasche, ca. 0,5 l
- Kleines Klappmesser (evtl. mit Schere)
- Kleine Stirnlampe mit neuen Batterien
- Kulturbeutel mit dem Notwendigsten
- Kleines Handtuch
- Karte und Kompass oder GPS
- Erste-Hilfe-kit mit Wundverband und Pflastern
- Extra Unterwäsche, die auch als Schlafanzug dient
- Drei Paar Socken
- Zwei Paar Unterhosen
- Gut eingelaufene Wanderstiefel
- Sandalen für abends
- Mütze und Handschuhe
- Sonnenbrille
- Mütze oder Sonnenhut
- Regenanzug: Jacke mit Kapuze und Hose
- Warmer Fleecepullover oder etwas zu Drüberziehen mit Daunen- oder Synthetikfüllung
- Essen für Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen (Gefriergetrocknet)
- Zwischenmahlzeiten, die extra Energie bringen, Kaffee/Tee
