Am kommenden Wochenende fahre ich zur Spezialradmesse nach Germersheim. Auf der Messe dreht sich alles ums Thema Fahrrad. Aber nicht um irgendwelche Fahrräder, sondern um Liegeräder, Dreiräder, Vierräder, Tandems, Falträder, Velomobile und viele andere. Desweiteren werden auf der Messe einige Vorträge gehalten. Ich habe vor den Vortrag von Bernward Elsel “Bike Together – 18.600 km mit dem Tandem nach Afrika” zu besuchen.
Geplant habe ich die Anreise am Samstag mit dem Fahrrad, am Sonntag werde ich dann die Messe besuchen und zurück geht es am Abend mit der Bahn.
Die Route habe ich schon am PC geplant und auf das GPS übertragen. Das ist dabei rausgekommen:
Die Strecke führt mich von Stuttgart-Vaihingen aus über Ditzingen, Vaihingen a. d. Enz, Bretten weiter zum Rhein. Am Rhein geht es noch das letzte Stück bis nach Germersheim entlang.
Das dazugehörige Höhenprofil habe ich auch erstellen lassen.

Bis jetzt sagt der Wetterbericht bestes Radfahrwetter für Samstag voraus und ich freu mich schon richtig auf den Ausflug nach Rheinland-Pfalz.
